A real natural experience – this steppe landscape is reminiscent of North Africa. The conditions aren’t bad either, especially in Levante: a little gusty, but cross-on with waves that can top 3m on a good day, best in the south of the bay. Warning: as wave height increases, so does the current. In gusty offshore Poniente or light summer Levante it’s mostly freeride. The beauty of the landscape also warrants a visit to swim or paddle out on a SUP trip into the remote bays further south. Depending on the local council's mood, access can be restricted during high season.
