Rías Altas, Galicia
Auszug aus dem KITE AND WINDSURFING GUIDE:
This long, wide, sandy beach is a rough Galician beauty – the best spot west of A Coruña in north-easterlies. The waves often reach mast-high, especially during the first few windy days with NW swell. North-north-easterly blows cross-on, perfect for big jumps; the more it veers easterly, the cleaner and better for frontside riding the waves become. The little lagoon behind the dunes is a popular nesting area for migratory birds.
