Auszug aus dem KITE AND WINDSURFING GUIDE:

Solid wave riding spot in Estonian mainland for any type of wave riding discipline.
Wind travels parallel with the 4km long and 30m high limestone cliff on the coastline.
Ideal wind direction is between 240 and 270 degrees for kitesurfing and windsurfing.
Rideable also from 225 to 240 but expect heavy gusts then, specially while launching your kite or going out and in. Walk over the river for launching or access the beach from the N side, there is also a big parking lot.
With strong onshore conditions which is around 270 - 290 degrees might be good idea to take 1 step bigger kite than usually to avoid washing to the beach.
With NW winds there will be crossing swell and wind waves - not so fun anymore.
It is worth to check the conditions from the cliff above and enjoy the view to the whole bay. The busiest time is August - October.
